Hayden Devier graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from Clemson University, where a strong interest in the public markets first took shape. Early experience at a wealth management firm provided hands-on exposure to investment strategy and portfolio management, reinforcing a passion for market dynamics. In 2025, Hayden stepped into the role of Director of Trading, where that foundation now supports the leadership of strategic trading operations with a focus on performance, precision, and results.  

Outside of work, Hayden recently earned a Private Pilot’s License—an achievement that reflects a personal drive for mastery, discipline, and continuous growth beyond the professional sphere.
